A Small House In Campo

Standard Studio have transformed an old stables in a modern dream home. The project was developed by the owners - Jurjen and Selina,-. The founder of the architecture Studio Standard and a brand new company Ibiza interiors.

This 200-year-old building to keep an original character, so she wanted to choose architects only the basic materials that were traditionally used as Iroko window frames on the island of Ibiza, concrete and white chalk plastered stone walls. You have received the authentic wooden beams and stone walls in the kitchen and bathroom.

The building was abandoned for many years, so it was in a very bad state. Therefore, the architects could have only the walls and the roof. Everything else was rebuilt from the ground up. The water comes from an own well and there are solar panels for hot water underfloor heating and electricity installed.
