CMT architects have a 15th century country house in the town of Monteriggioni, Tuscany restored. In the vicinity of the beautiful Castello della Chiocciola, the Villa by students of the famous Italian architect Baldassare Peruzzi was build have been. CMT wanted to make the parts of the original architects at the same time a modern and functional place to restore the 400 square meter house. The original walls and floors have been restored and all furniture were designed by local carpenters.
